AttorneyCo-Founder of Flynn Law, P.A., Anne Flynn is a Kissimmee, FL native that relocated to Anna Maria Island in 2013. Mrs. Flynn’s practice focuses on personal injury and automobile accidents for the residents of the Bradenton-Sarasota area.
A graduate of Osceola High School, Mrs. Flynn went on to attend the University of Dallas as a student-athlete for volleyball. After earning her undergraduate degree in psychology, she accepted a position in Washington D.C. with former U.S. Senator Mel Martinez.
In 2007, Mrs. Flynn returned to Florida and received her law degree from Ave Maria School of Law. During her time there, she served as a member of Law Review and the Moot Court Board. Following law school, she began her legal career working as a prosecutor (Assistant State Attorney) for the State Attorney’s Office of Lee County in the 20th Judicial Circuit. She prosecuted felony cases as well as handled post-conviction claims.
She has lived in various cities across the United States, including Kissimmee, D.C., Naples, Chicago, and Scottsdale. While living in Scottsdale, she took the bar exam and was licensed to practice Arizona state law.

She and Sean are both involved in a wonderful organization called Foundation for Dreams, Inc. Their mission is to celebrate abilities and develop the strengths of children with special needs and chronic illnesses ages 7-17 by collaborating with families to provide individualized result-based goals, family support, and recreation in a camp environment.
